Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AGILE PMP Inc for your career coaching needs. We are committed to your satisfaction and success. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are processed for our career coaching services.

Refund Eligibility: Clients are eligible for a full refund within 5 calendar days of their purchase, provided the refund request is made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a refund request in writing via email with the subject line “Refund Request”. The request must include the purchase date, the scheduled appointment date and time, and the reason for the refund. Refunds are not available if the request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Refund Process: Upon receiving a refund request that meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account, depending on your financial institution. The full amount paid for the coaching session will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and are not eligible for a refund, we offer the option to reschedule your appointment. To reschedule, please visit our “Book Appointment” page at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients and accommodate your new preferred time.
